FUZION will be training up to compete in 2010 carnivals throughout England and Wales against other troupes sometimes up to 16 troupes compete at a time. We will also be going to weekend championships which is great fun.
We will be competing in competitions to win medals,trophies.
Points are gained to win troupe of the year award and also Oldham troupe award.
October - March is when we make up our new routines for the new carnival season which runs April - September
TOTS - Aged 2yrs - 6yrs
Normally girls of dancing girls so they have dancing in there blood, most start as soon as they can walk and while still wearing nappies. They dance on the arena for no more than 7 minutes and the dance has very simple moves, all the tots dance in the same division. Mainly it gets them use to a big audience and working together as a team for when they move up in to the next section the tinies which is more competitive.
TOTS TRAINER - JANE

TINIES - Aged 7yrs - 11yrs
They dance on the arena for 9 - 10 minutes and the dance has very simple moves. Mainly it gets them use to a big audience, working together as a team and teaches them to do kicks and tablo work.
TINY TRAINER - LINDSEY
HELPER - LORNA
JUNIORS - Aged 12 - 16yrs
They dance on the arena for 11 - 12 minutes and the dance has more moderate moves. Also includes several kicks and tablos with good movement around the arena.
JUNIOR TRAINER - LINDSEY
HELPERS - JANE n CHRISTINE
SENIORS - Open Age usually 16+
The dance has to last between 13-14 minutes or points will be deducted. The seniors dance is a more intricate routine with high kicks, Plenty of movement around the arena, and at least 3 built up tablos.
Dress must be uniform throughout the team although the leader must stand out from the line.
